Shareholder Update | International Sales

Dear Friends and Shareholders,

The three major initiatives underway at PCS involve PCS EdventuresLabs, domestic sales and marketing reach and the launch of our new cutting edge Robotics and Engineering programs, and International STEM consulting. Regarding our International consulting, PCS has been working in India and the Middle East for a number of years providing specialized STEM programs for private and public schools, facilitating regional robotics competitions, and developing specialized outreach STEM education programs now in use in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During FY2014, PCS saw significant growth in International business as follows:

August 26, 2013: PCS announces a $685K contract with Saudi Arabia related to the King Abdullah Project for the Development of Public Education. The contract was for consulting services, products, and training related to K12 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) outreach education programs in the Kingdom. The products include PCS robotics as well as customized STEM solutions addressing life science, aerospace engineering, and integrated physics and chemistry.

December 12, 2013: PCS announces a $133K STEM training contract with Saudi Arabia related to the King Abdullah Project for the development of Public Education. The contract was for the development and delivery of a two-week training program for Science Center personnel who will be responsible for disseminating STEM education programs throughout the Kingdom.

December – March 2013: PCS receives orders and completes various stages of the $685K contract including the study phase, initial supply order, and a training program in Jeddah for STEM outreach implementation totaling approximately $350K.

May 2014: PCS receives an order for $176K for additional supplies against the $685K STEM outreach contract and is working on the final stages of a documentation project for approximately $17K.

June 2014: PCS receives an update from Creya Learning that they have penetrated an additional 25 schools, now establishing Creya Learning Studios in over 40 private schools throughout India.

In addition to the above progress, the PCS International group continues to work closely with the King Abdullah Project for the Development of Public Education in Saudi Arabia and anticipates further projects and work orders as the program continues to expand in the Kingdom. PCS is also in discussions with potential licensees for the EdventuresLab program in China and Europe, and continues to build rapport with its partners in South Africa. PCS is also working on STEM outreach opportunities in South East Asia with IBA, our long time partner from South Korea.

Thanks for supporting PCSV.

All the best,

Jules
